Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we as a company have had to adapt to the many changes made throughout the country needed to stay safe. COVID-19 is still impacting every avenue of our lives, therefore our safety initiatives are altered and updated in line with the Government guidance to ensure the safety of both our staff and our customers.
Our staff at Associated Security has been working tirelessly to provide the same level of great customer service, safe service and security maintenance during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak whilst maintaining our 96% first-time fix rate. We have quickly shifted how we work to ensure we are protecting our staff who have been working on the front line providing essential services supporting the national response to COVID-19, including Financial Institutions, Food Suppliers, and Pharmacies.
Following the government’s latest announcement we would like to update our customers on the safety measures introduced to make our shops a COVID-19 secure place. These changes adhere to the advice from the Government and have been put in place to keep our customers and colleagues safe.
Social distancing – Keeping our customers and colleagues safe has been our priority throughout the pandemic and this remains unchanged as social distancing measures are gradually eased. As parts of the UK refine their safety measures and new changes are implemented, we continue to support these. we ask that customers keep at a safe distance when shopping or browsing in our shops and that face coverings must be worn unless you are exempt.
Hand sanitisation – We have introduced additional automatic hand sanitisation stations in our shops as well as thermal Imaging Sensors, we ask that customers use them when entering our shops.
Contactless delivery & Installation – We have dedicated in-house expert safe engineers based around the UK and they are all supplied with full PPE and are adhering to government guidelines to ensure the safety of all while carrying out site visits, delivery, and installations. We continue to have a dedicated 24/7 on-call team of nationwide engineers with fully stocked vans at the ready.
